Chieveley (405)

Chieveley St Mary's has a big square tower and is quite big inside as well.

We were lucky to get inside here 'cos it's usually locked, but they'd just finished a service, so we were able to have a look round.

I had quite a chat with a very nice Curate who let Uncle Les take a photo with me in front of the window dedicated to St Mary the Virgin. Then I had my photo taken on the font.
