Roughton (229)

St Mary's in Roughton is another church with a lovely round tower. They were having some work done inside, but fortunately the church was open for me to look around.

There is a rather fun font cover here that I was able to wedge myself into. (I admit it was a teensy bit of a squash but I think the look is rather good! Now if Uncle Les had only managed to find a sunbeam for me to sit in, the picture would have been perfect.)

And, for a bit of exercise, I also took the opportunity to climb a tree in the churchyard. [I didn't think you did "excercise", Big Ted.]
