This St Mary's has a bit of a battered board which was a bother [#snigger]. (Uncle Les has done a very good job of trimming my photo to cut off the bit of bother at the bottom.)

It's a really nice-looking church and I wanted to explore inside but sadly it was closed. [The church is thought to have been designed by Sir Christopher Wren and is "the only church outside London to be attributed to him", Big Ted]

And also, what a funny name for a village!
