This St Mary's is in a very pretty village (which seems to involve a lot of coaches and foreign tourists wandering into the road with things called selfie sticks). The church is also very pretty and has a lot of roses outside, some of which smelt very nice.
The only downside was - I had to sit on a wheelie bin for my main photo - the indignity of it! Auntie Fiona said it was quite a clean wheelie bin (as wheelie bins go); but that's not getting around the fact that my splendid bear bottom (not bare bottom - that would be rude) had to sit on it.
Inside there's a huge square font with five legs (one at each corner and one in the middle). It had some water in it, so I had to be extra careful sitting on the edge.
I wonder if a bear's paw could work a selfie stick.
