Some Exciting News! UPDATED

After having some disappointment with my holibobs this year (due to the car breaking down - twice - and then a cottage not being ready for me) I've been having a quiet summer at home. THEY even went away for three nights and didn't take me with them! I had quite a spectacular sulk as a result.
However, I've just been told that Auntie Fiona and Uncle Les have scheduled a short break for September, and this time they will take me with them - hurrah! It's going to be to Staffordshire. I've been to the county before but I always look forward to adding new St Mary's churches to my list - number 468 is next.
So I've got my map out (it's OS Landranger 127 for those of you who like to follow these things) and I'm helping Uncle Les with his lists (he sometimes gets them a bit muddled).
I've been promised that the car will have had a service and MOT test (whatever that is) by then so should be working perfectly. I'll let you know how I get on.

Hello again.
I had a lovely time on my holiday (apart from an issue with a holly hedge - ouch!). I visited five more St Mary's churches, but sadly only looked inside one of them.
